Sea Wyrm: WATCH YOUR BACK

I really loved drawing this. ahh been ages since i last did a full piece~

OK so anyway here's my entry for dragonology contest organised by Dyndase.

My topic was wyrm a serpent like dragon without wings or leg.
And i chose its habitat to be sea with key feature being its horn

SEA Wyrm Description:

The sea wyrm eats sharks for breakfast literally. Despite its serpent like feature the gigantic creature has no flexibility like a serpent does.

He can't do a death coil nor coil together ina neatly circle.
It usually leaps into the air and plunge onto prey so suddenly gulping them down whole.

When targeting creatures about its size or bigger the sea wyrm has been known to plunge its extremely hard horn into its prey cutting a huge wound and devour the victim alive.

An update to a old piece, while I think not many people knew, I didn't win the contest but this image got me featured in issue75 of imagine FX (DVD) by winning a spot for image of the day.
